This is not an approval sale. If any substantial defect is found by the purchaser, they must notify Silk Trees and Plants within two days of receipt (via email, telephone, fax or telegram) and upon authorisation only the item(s) must be returned to Silk Trees and Plants at the purchaser's expense. Item(s) may not be returned except for reasons of substantial defect in description (see "Condition" below for full instructions and terms).

Condition
If any substantial defect not described prior to sale and is discovered by the purchaser, the item(s) must be returned within two days of receipt. This is not an approval sale. Please call us for an authorisation before returning the item(s). A merchandise credit will be issued in the case of an unresolved dispute over condition.

Seller's Rights
Silk Trees and Plants reserves the right to withdraw any item from Silk Trees and Plants website, reject or exclude any party from purchasing at Silk Trees and Plants for any reason deemed appropriate. Silk Trees and Plants has sole discretion in these matters. Decisions of Silk Trees and Plants are final. Prices are subject to change without notice.
This sale is being held in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, and any and all proceedings to enforce the terms and conditions of this sale must be brought in Port Macquarie, Australia.
All Sales are final, but may be rejected by Silk Trees and Plants for any reason deemed appropriate, at his sole discretion.

Payment Terms
Payment is due within ten (10) days of placement of an order. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Silk Trees and Plants reserves the right to cancel any orders where the purchaser has not paid in full 30 days after the order date.
Title of item(s) passes to the purchaser when payment in full has been received by Silk Trees and Plants. There will be an additional charge of 18% of the cheque amount for a cheque that is returned to us unpaid by your bank. For any item(s) which has a substantial defect, the risk of loss shall remain with the purchaser until the item(s) is returned to and received by Silk Trees and Plants, which must take place within two (2) days of the receipt of the item(s) by the purchaser.

Shipping
Australian Deliveries
Normally arrive within 5 to 15 working days.
International deliveries
If you would like a delivery sent to a destination outside Australia, please contact us at: info@silktreesandplants.com.au for an accurate delivery fee estimate before placing your orders. Otherwise, we'll send your purchases via the best delivery method for your location. International orders can take up to 21 days, sometimes longer depending on local conditions.
